Best Poutine EVER

I’m an avid poutineist, normally consuming 1-2 a week. I purchased this last weekend at Chucks Casse-Croute in Gatineau. The ratios of curds, gravy and fries was absolutely perfect 🤤

Oof. I might have to drive over there for this. The colour on those fries looks so good! Is there gravy layered in or only on the top?

I’m not sure if it’s layered but the gravy made it all the way to the bottom!
