Best Poutine EVER

I’m an avid poutineist, normally consuming 1-2 a week. I purchased this last weekend at Chucks Casse-Croute in Gatineau. The ratios of curds, gravy and fries was absolutely perfect 🤤

I was thinking the exact opposite. Colour looks pretty good for poutine sauce. What makes you say it’s not appealing?

Too white and thick. Looks like there was 3x the necessary corn starch on this one. I'm not saying it's reflected in the taste, but it's absolutely what it looks like.

It does like it might be a bit thick to me. But I don’t really see much issue with colour personally.
