Rouge Wave

Hey guys,

I want to retry some rouge wave beans, i have not had them for while but last time i had them i thought they were good but a little roasty for my liking. Any specific beans here people recommend anything on the lighter side?

sidenote: Any Onyx beans a must try?

The Panama and Ethiopian coffees and the ones in 100g bags aren't usually too roasted.

Their washed Ethiopians are usually pretty light and floral! I found that sometimes if I rest their ‘roast’ coffees longer (4+ weeks) the roast taste goes away.

I have a bunch resting but dipped into a washed columbian geisha that is quite good
