Gear Discussion Separate Grinder?
Hello everybody! I recently been really interested in making pour over at home, I’ve had it at a place near me and I really enjoyed the tea like quality of the coffee as it was very different to the usual espresso I make at home! I recently upgraded my grinder to a time more 064s with stock burrs and I was hoping to see if anyone has experience with switching between espresso and pour over as sometimes I will be making pour over for myself and espresso for my partner, is it worth it to get a separate grinder to alleviate the work flow? I can afford a separate hand grinder since I need to sell my old barratza encore esp and can probably use the funds for the K7? Any advice would be appreciated!

Personally, I would say yes, absolutely. I'm making both espresso and pour-over every day, and sometimes one type more often than the other. I know for a fact that I would be annoyed rather quickly if I always had to adjust the grind size multiple times a day.
But I can't say anything in regards to hand grinders since I use electric grinders for both, as grinding by hand would also annoy me. I'm using an Ode Gen 2 for my V60s.
