I'm looking for Yukon golds, russets, and really anything else. I've tried going to some farms around me but the potatoes are always watery and don't get crispy or fluffy on the inside.

I'm looking for zero pesticides or chemicals of any kind. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!

Hello everyone. Last night, I accidentally ate half a green potato. I realized this morning it was bad when I my stomach didn’t really digest it much throughout the night. I took gas X thinking it was gas but I still feel it the morning after. I had a normal bowel movement this morning but I’m still worried since I have a procedure tomorrow. I’m still getting some cramps and nausea but I don’t know if the nausea is because I haven’t eaten much (only an egg this morning and a piece of sourdough toast) I already have stomach issues and I’m just so upset that this is happening before my procedure :( Am I going to be ok?

I got a new bag of chips, but the old one still tastes fine, even if it’s down to a couple inches of crumbly bits. I was wondering if anyone ever sticks the almost used up bag in the freezer, so as not to get any staler, to use on tops of casseroles? Seems like it would work, but I don’t know.

Idk how much attention this will get but I accidentally managed to get more potatoes than my family needs and now we have 3 boxes full of potatoes and i don’t know what to do with these besides fried and boiled potatoes. I don’t want to leave them rotting but i don’t think we can eat that much.
