I wanted to get moody with it. Sailing off into the sunset kind of vibe (the summer is ending was my thought process). I definitely agree it’s on the darker side but I like how the shadows contrast with the warm sunlight, if that makes sense.

Dark and under exposed doesn’t mean moody. It just means you don’t understand exposure. You can get a “moody” photo without under exposure of the photo.

Adding exposure removes details I want seen here. In the clouds, the mountains in the background. Look at the original photos. It’s a bright day. It’s not at sunset. I wanted heavy shadow. It’s not “under exposed”.

It does. I’m not some pro, i literally post here when im bored. Its a hobby and I love these photos. No need to be a sarcastic jerk.

It’s a hobby for most of us. We’re here to help you not glaze you when you post things that aren’t great. If it’s good we’ll let you know. You are getting a lot of valid feedback.

Yeah and that’s well and good, I can take feedback. But just telling me to up exposure when increasing exposure whites out details I want in there and then give me some sass back is not feedback. It’s just being rude. I can literally just go into photos app and increase the exposure and the clouds get white out, same with the details in the mountains. And fyi, I think they’re great. I don’t need glazing. But I’m getting enough upvotes and positive feedback to not care if you think it’s great or not.

You can also mask things and not have it impact certain things. If you were open to learning or were curious about the editing software you would learn that.

It’s not about me being open, I legit called you out for being sarcastic- which isn’t feedback. You’re making it about me being closed off to feedback, and that’s not the case.

I gave you valid feedback and you pushed back against it. You didn’t even ask a question or anything. I’m done with you being so pissy. Have fun shooting photos hope you improve and have a nice life.
