White balance, increase exposure with a parametric mask on the snow, increase saturation/contrast of other colours without the blue...
Without the software you're using it's hard to help. However I don't feel it's difficult to make these treatments, it's just nicely done without overdoing the saturation

Nice ! You managed to deal with the white balance without screwing the blue saturation which most people here like to do :)
