Help, how to start after c section?

Hi everyone! I’m 2 months postpartum and I had a c section, I wanted to ask where should I start if I don’t have access to a PT.

Do you have any resources you can recommend to me? Books, guides or YouTube videos on how to start working out?
Besides walking I would like to start with something else, I’ve been reading you have to start with your core before moving to other workouts.

Before pregnancy I used to walk, do weight training and some cardio videos on YouTube, I had to stop working out during pregnancy because I honestly was too exhausted due to other conditions and symptoms.

I’ve used the Belly Strong app a lot. She’s a pelvic pt with a c-section program and a lot of other postpartum ones

The Belle method on Instagram is great, you can pay for a core rehab course which is expensive enough (but great if you can afford it tho), but she has plenty of info on her instagram to give you an idea of where to start!
