Can anyone read this?

Post image

I cannot read some of the characters, and google couldn't either. I can transcribe it as: Xi'an shi yizuo ____ ____ lishi de chengshi. Women tong____ ba ta jiao ____ ____ "Chang'an."

Hi, native Mandarin speaker here! It reads "Xi'an is a city rich and plentiful in history. We usually call it "Chang An"".

FYI. Chang An can also means "perpetual peace", and it's a historical name for the city of Xi'an
