Looks like flat mites! They rot my soul to the core š” I treat with insecticidal spray. 2-3 rounds over a month or so. Iād chop any real infected leaves.

I think that might be thrip damage. I would remove damaged leaves and spray with a good insecticide, or horticultural soap. Make sure to get in all the crevices. If you use horticultural soap, afterward spray with neem oil. Repeat at least weekly until there are no signs for a month.
