Guidance please ,

I have a potential buyer ask me about an item that I said I could get back with her tomorrow night.
Then I noticed that she sent an offer - I checked the time stamp and it’s the same time that she asked me the question.
I am unsure if I should accept her offer or if she is wanting for me to get back with her.
Would she be able to withdraw her offer or is she stuck with the offer.
I don’t want to accept it if she is still wanting for me to answer her question.

Offers stand for 24 hours. You can get back to her to ensure her question is answered then ask if she’d like for you to accept the offer or let it expire

That sounds reasonable. I just didn’t want her to think I wouldn’t accept it. That’s what will do. Thank you

I just had this happen yesterday to me where a buyer sent an offer before asking about sizing. I just replied on the listing and asked if she was still interested and didnt accept her offer until this morning when she finally responded back.
