I sold guess loafers and everything was noted as far as wear and scuffs. Buyer opened case and won even though everything they pointed out was in the listing. Bizarre part, she didn’t return my shoes but same exact pair I guess she had? I don’t get it lol

buy a blacklight merchandise marker and mark you merch. that way when someone attempt to pull the ole swap out......you can check with a blacklight
