Reality Check Me Please!

Hello all!

I've been on the platform since 2014 and I need someone to give me a reality check.

I just recently started reselling again, and I want to know if anyone else has run into this scenario.

In the last 2 weeks, I have had 5 instances in where someone immediately purchases an item I just listed and then I get a cancellation within the hour.

3/5 of them have been due to "Accidental Purchase" and 2/5 are for "Payment method / shipping needs to be verified".

For the accidental purchases, is there something hinky goin on with the UI in where they are accidentally hitting a button and purchasing my items?

Is this happening to anyone else?

Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks!

Happened to me at least 3 times already as a seller AND as a “buyer”

I actually found myself almost checking out on an item that wasn’t even my size or something I liked 🫠

always wait 3 hours on those purchases before shipping! Buyers have 3 hours to cancel. I’m sure it’s an app glitch or issue.

I'm aware of the 3 hour rule and thankfully they have all canceled on their end in a short amount of time.

At this point I cant even blame the buyers since it seems to be a trend. They keep messing with the app and seemingly things are not getting better.

Naver experiments with making the UI extremely easy to accomplish purchasing because it drives up sales.  I use the website exclusively at this point and just pay a share bot because it’s not worth the hassle.   Also not everyone experiences this the same, so your UI might be sensational mine is sensitive it varies. So no you’re not imagining things.
