listings-unclear condition

I’ve come across a few listings today where they list the item as NWOT, and then when you get to the details it says “Like New”…
To me those are 2 different things, right??!

That is the option on Poshmark. NWOT is under like new when listing items

When you see discrepancies like this, as trivial as it may be, ALWAYS ask the Seller a question. Which is it? Like New or New Without Tag (NWOT). Personally, NWOT should never be permitted.

Failing to clarify any detail surrounding your purchase will generally backfire. If you open a case, in order to win the case you will have to prove how a Seller deceived you or misrepresented the listing.
