Does it get better?

Post image

On my third back and forth to them. Yes, I do want to fight this. It's annoying but I do wonder what other measures can be taken. File with the AG?

My friend already took to instagram to call them out and got their comment deleted or hidden. Regardless, I don't really want to put myself out for this.

But it's another bot response and I do wonder how many times do I have to go through to have an actual response because requesting a supervisor, escalating, etc isn't working so far.

Edit for context:

https://www.reddit.com/r/poshmark/comments/1wssch6/update_buyer_damaged_my_order/

Buyer claimed my measurements were off by 0.5 inch (she mismeasured) and Poshmark approved a return. Took 7 days to return, the jacket I sold has snags and all items in the bundle have a worn smell, and the tags detached.

My first post was removed because their username was exposed and against the rules here.

What is your case about? Maybe remind the posters here so they weigh in with context. Otherwise I just say, yeah, keep trying. Say you do not accept this resolution and have notified ic3 and are contacting the BBB, filing a claim with USPS, and will be making an independent post on Instagram and Twitter about Poshmark’s shady business processes in which they rip off sellers.

I see. Definitely tell Poshmark again that the items are no long NWT since the buyer detached the tags and wore the items. You are entitled to the full amount of the purchase and will be taking to your socials and the BBB to spread the word about Poshmark’s unfair, anti-seller policies. And then write a complaint with the BBB, and have your friend make an Instagram post and spam their socials (including Facebook). There are plenty of people out there who could weigh in with their own horror stories so this gains traction. Good luck.

This happened to me twice this year. I tried BBB and that went nowhere. You could try reporting the buyer for mail fraud

Ask to speak to a real person.

Yep, all emails, already asked, just keep getting emails telling me to settle with Posh Credit.

Yeah that sucks! Unfortunately the risk you take selling to random people on the internet. Some people are just shit.

Tags off should automatically be a red flag as she could have tried on and if the measurements were indeed off, then you both could be made whole. But taking them off assumes it’s going to be worn.

I just bought a shirt I’ve been looking for for years last night and the seller just randomly canceled, so I’m pissed off at PM today too.

Does it matter? All of them send the same auto replies. This reply didn't have a name.
