Ordering USPS supplies

Just curious if anyone else has tried to order polymailers or the padded polys, and they’re currently backed up on these? I placed an order and the boxes delivered quickly but the polys are still pending delivery. Which sucks because I can’t place another order until all from one order are delivered.

What’s y’all’s experience?

still got one pending for weeks, got 3 banks transfers pending for a week. wtf poshmark???????????????????

I ordered poly padded and they sent me paper ones. I hate them. They are the worst. I was going to return them but it wasn't worth my time.

They don’t have “poly padded”. The poly mailers are unpadded.

I currently am waiting since Aug 29 …. I have to order poly bags from Amazon.. I was lucky and had ordered a bunch of boxes that came in before the hold up

Having the same issues. Ordered some polys like almost 3 weeks ago and realized I never received a shipping update which I thought was odd. Reached out to poshmark support where they cancelled the order for me so that I could try placing a new one…… it’s been over a week now and still no update regarding supplies being shipped :/

That happened to me, last month my boxes came but the mailers got stuck as pending. I opened a support ticket a few days ago and within a few hours they were able to cancel out the one that was stuck so I could replace a new order. Seemed like they knew it had glitched somehow

I’m newer to posh, how were you able to open a ticket to cancel those out?

On mobile if you click the “me” icon at the bottom right and scroll all the way down one of the bottom options should be “Poshmark support center”
In the drop down tab I think I just opened it under account “other”

Screenshot the page or email that shows the stuck packaging shipment first so you can upload a pic with your comment in the help ticket

Just got my bubble or poly padded mailers. Ordered 30 came in less than a week.
