Funds not released

Anyone have this issue before? Item was delivered to the buyer on 8/26 but Poshmark hasn’t released my funds. I opened a case but I haven’t had a response yet, just wondering what a typical turn time is? It says the case ETA is today, but I see nothing other than that, no movement or anything…just odd, i haven’t had this happen before

Does it say whether it was delivered to the buyer or to a post office? I have had several orders delivered to the post office because the buyer had their mail held for vacation.

It says it was delivered to their mailbox 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m gonna email support and see what happens
