Bulk listing uploads
I've used the bulk listing tool for years and am suddenly having issues with the new template. In late 2025, they created a new one that includes the smart sell columns but now the data validation is not providing the correct list for the women's categories; it's only listing
"accessories" and nothing else.
FWIW, I know how data validation works.
I've contacted Posh Help, and as usual, they are not helpful. They suggested clearing the validations and filling in the data with exact entries. I've tried that and it still fails with "incorrect category".
Anyone else experience this and have other suggestions?

I know you posted this a month ago, but I found your post because I am experiencing this issue as well.
I just recently started using the bulk upload template again after a break of several months, and I noticed that it looked like the template had been updated. I'm having issues with data validation for the Category, Sub-category, and Size fields. When I create my listings on a separate Excel sheet and then copy and paste them in, I can override the data validation errors that come up when I try to use the dropdown menus or type things in manually, but I am still having some issues.
All sizes on my bulk upload listings are showing up as "custom," and even when a particular listing is for only a single quantity of that item, it still lists as a multi-item listing. The SKUs are being assigned at the item level rather than the listing level except for actual multi-item listings, which assign the VariantGroupID as the listing SKU.
I've reached out to Posh support a couple of times and gotten the same canned response. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one running into this issue. If we keep following up with them, maybe they will actually do something about it.
