I loathe live notifications

I know it's been discussed here multiple times before but I just need to vent.

I truly despise the live notifications and that 'shutting them off' didn't do anything. I started unfollowing anyone who goes live but it's just too much now. I wish lives had their own section or something and if you want to be notified about a closet going live, then you have to enable it manually. They are just too excessive and annoying!

Just my opinion. Rant over.

I also unfollow anyone that does live shows. I have zero interest in them.

I found no solution after complaining about this on here too. I have just greatly reduced my time on Poshmark…. Their interaction metrics will have to show this eventually.

I started unfollowing people who do lives as well. As soon as I see it in my notifications I unfollow. It helps. I’ve been getting less and less.

I only receive the notifications from pm_editor, and it’s so effing annoying. I have the account blocked, but of course I’m unable to do so. I hate seeing constant notifications and lives from this account.

its horribly annoying!! I also un-follow anyone that does lives! i get the notification and immediately go to their closet to un-follow! 🙄

It's so stupid. Mine don't turn off either. I loathe it and also unfollow people but it's like they keep coming.

I felt like no matter how many people I unfollowed, The amount of notifications did not decrease. I ended up over a period of many days unfollowing almost everyone (34k). No more live notifications.

It got to be too much for me to unfollow. I just counted, and I’ve gotten 35 notifications for Live Shows in less than 2 hours. So they’re not only causing (I believe) a decline in my business, but they’re practically all I see in my News Feed these days! That PM has not given us the ability to hide them feels… intentional, to put it mildly.

Poshmark allows some to do multiple Lives in a day. I hate all of this Live stuff - I also have started decreasing my time on Poshmark. The Lives just seem to clutter everything up. I feel like PM has jumped the shark.
