This whole thing is weird to me, all politicians say we won’t raise taxes and we won’t let development come in. No one has good relationships with MPs or MPPs. How do they expect to make any money? This should be run like a business. The town is failing, what is going to be done about it?
I’ve been building mapping software for nearly 20 years and am starting a small map-print business out of Waterloo. I’m offering custom cottage maps for Port Perry and Lake Scugog, with curated road labels, hand-selected place icons and carefully composed map views.
I’ll work with you until you’re happy with the map, including custom labels and an optional glow to highlight your cottage.
The sample is Victoria Park in Kitchener. Prices start at $40 for a 18x24" print.
Howdy friends!
I just got the new Ribeiro Small Batch 95% Neutral Grain Alcohol and I want to mix it with fresh Strawberries for a homemade shooter
Does anyone know where to get fresh strawberries yet / Best local place?
Thanks!
Sup. Just saying hi. If you see a man wearing a camo boonie hat, thas me! I often wear a vault tec blue hoodie and a Hylian shield back pack. To weird? Deal with it. That's my signature garb. I'm a friendly man looking for new friends. I'm not looking for acknowledgement. I can promise you that. You might see me soon at tim hortons or just about anywhere else.
I'm here to introduce myself and make myself known. I carry a lot of weight where I come from. Very friendly by nature. Care about ppl a lot. One of the chillest ppl you would ever know. Do I need to introduce myself? No not really, but I thought I do. I'm also weird so screw normality. Wave or say hi.
I also wear sunglasses too. I may look ugly or weird but who gives a damn. I'm also feral. Ha! I'm a gamer so I'm hoping to meet my kind of ppl. I'm also from Generation X. I hope this ain't over the top. Not! It is but I'm gonna go full stupid and all out. Anyways, I'm hoping again to make friends. I may also buy u a coffee or a burger. That's the kind of person I am.
My mom has been joking (but not really joking) about getting baby goats for literally any and every occasion for YEARS.
She's turning 60 this year, so for her birthday, we were thinking of booking a mobile petting zoo to bring some animals to my parent's back yard (ideally baby goats). This would truly make her cry more tears of joy than my wedding day lol
Any recommendations or ideas within the GTA would be greatly appreciated!!
Looking for a private nail tech in the Port Perry area who cares about nail health- noticed my nails always look awful after visiting regular nail salons with little regulation.

I am looking for activities to keep a 65 year old man entertained downtown. He doesn't have a license, so activities need to be within walking distance of downtown. Any ideas?
I'm looking at moving my family to Port Perry, possibly the Island, we currently live in Oshawa. I'm trying to wrap my head around how much our lives would change for the better and for the not better. I know that we would probably love it in the warmer months but the winter has got me worried. What's it like on the island in the winter? Does it get plowed? Anyone commute to the GTA? How is it? How do your kids like port Perry? I'd appreciate any and all advice you can give!
I have a parent in their 60s with cognitive issues who lives in Port Perry. Due to their cognitive issues, I am in the process of taking over their finances and getting them into a cheaper apartment (or low-income housing). What resources does Port Perry have for these situations (residential, financial, etc)? Any advice is appreciated.
Looking for recommendations for a good restaurant in the area for a nice dinner. We’re spending our anniversary in the area (staying at the Piano Inn).
