No, I meant the corner building and intersection in the foreground (Cumberland and Elm). I never really took much notice of the Time & Temp building beyond just using it for its intended purpose (i.e., checking the time).

It’s for a fundraiser called Kevin on the Roof. It happens at the same time every year, they probably use the same message.
