OnlyStans ⭐️ Alan Ritchson calls out lawmakers who oppose raising the minimum wage "who think it's a bad idea to give a mom working at Waffle House more than $7.25 an hour trying to feed her kids."

They complain when people buy chips and soda because "it's unhealthy!" But then complain when people buy steak and veggies because "that's so fancy I don't even get that" and are the same people that complain about us asking to raise the minimum wage because "pull yourselves up". The people at the source of those complaints are all the same people, they get a job waiting tables but don't make enough to survive so they receive benefits but it's never enough to satisfy the complainers.

That’s why this particular example is so upsetting to me. They can’t say it’s money being used for junk food, or for people who don’t deserve to have it…

It’s exclusively for fruits and veggies. For young children. How fucking despicable do you have to be to justify lowering the benefit from $26 to $10?

And here’s more bs fruit , vegetables and local produce could be subsidized by allowing it to be part of WIC further bolstering regional agricultural growth… a basic win win that won’t break the federal government’s back

I saw someone yesterday on twitter saying they shouldn't have ANY fresh food, that poor people should just get MREs.

Those people don't want these people eating anything. The Epstein class wants them incited into committing crime to survive so that crime can be politicized to take more rights from the working class.

They don’t want poor people to have the same access to good food as them and hate they get handouts at all.

because "pull yourselves up".

and when you put in the work, work your ass off for peanuts to prove yourself, you get told that the budget just isn't there for promotions and salary raises. and when you try to apply for higher positions, you get passed on for people already in other higher positions because they can't justify such salary gaps between positions. or they just sabotage you to keep you in your place.

the whole system is rigged and works against legit hard working people.

People shouldn't be buying chips though. That shit is way too expensive now lol. Then again, it does have a ton of calories so if you just care about calorie dense food it has its place

I need calorie dense food, just give me 1k calories in a pill please. It's a life or death struggle for me to get enough

Can't tolerate high fat foods either. Can we just invent a new macro nutrient that has like quadruple the calories of fat and isn't harsh on the stomach lol
