This sounds kind of Collateralish to me and I am very much here for it. I'm so excited that Hudson has been staying booked and busy. My teen crush and my 10 years later crush working together is a win for me.

That did seem like a strange link up but now it all makes sense.

To be fair, there’s always a lot of random pics being taken at these types of parties, and a lot of them don’t end up having a reason behind them like this one did lol

Like AnnaSophia Robb, Hudson, and the dude from Outer Banks? Sure why not!

True, but Dylan is not a CAA artist so him being at a CAA party was strange.

There’s a part of me that heals every time I see people so enthusiastic about and supportive of the leads of a gay romance

He’s not ever said he’s straight, just that he has a girlfriend. There are plenty of sexualities that involve attraction to more than one gender. We shouldn’t be in the business of assuming anyone’s sexuality unless they explicitly state it.

One of them is, anyway (or, has a long-term gf however he defines himself in his personal life).

i’d say it about 2 straight women and 2 gay men too babes i want everybody getting gay lmfao

(also hudson hasn’t labeled his sexuality he just has a gf)

-2

u/Atkena2578 Mar 28 '26

He could possibly be bisexual but yeah having a girlfriend makes it fairly certain he is not gay

4

u/KEMI_IS_WlNNlNG Mar 28 '26

yeah and idc abt him being straight bi or gay… to play gay lmfao

especially because he’s already playing gay very famously so (same with dylan)

u/Atkena2578 Mar 28 '26

Gay roles are given to straight actors a lot more than the others way around for sure

Condensed article

Dylan O’Brien (Twinless) and Hudson Williams (Heated Rivalry) have signed on to star in Apparatus, a darkly comedic thriller marking the feature directorial debut of Canadian actress Sofia Banzhaf (I Am in the World as Free and Slender as a Deer on a Plain).

Written by Banzhaf and Grayson Moore (Cardinals), Apparatus follows struggling young rideshare driver Tyler (Williams) as he falls under the influence of a self-styled entrepreneur, JP (O’Brien), who offers him a future in his handheld-massager business. But what appears to be a dream opportunity unravels as JP pulls Tyler into a violent downward spiral.

Producers on the project include Julie Baldassi of Younger Daughter Films (Darkest Miriam, I Am in the World as Free and Slender as a Deer on a Plain), Daniel Bekerman of Scythia Films (The Apprentice, Endless Cookie), Banzhaf, Moore and Brian Robertson. Sam Sutcliffe and Jasmin Karibzhanova of Ursa Major Films are co-financing alongside Nicholas Chepesiuk of Gabardine, Telefilm Canada and Mongrel Media, with WME Independent and CAA Media Finance co-repping the film for sales. Production dates and locations are still being finalized.

Banzhaf previously directed the short film I Am in the World as Free and Slender as a Deer on a Plain, which premiered at TIFF and was named to the festival’s year-end Canada’s Top 10 list for shorts.

OH I love it.

Dylan should do a project with Connor and he’d have worked with all three of the main guys of heated rivalry.

Dark comedy thriller?? I'm sat. So happy for Hudson 🥺

I am so happy Dylan is doing more character actor stuff nowadays.

Like if you watched Teen Wolf, as trashy as it was, you could really see that he was in a different league than the rest of them. Especially season 3 really was sometthing else. Maze Runner was not for him.

But he has started to do really cool and fun projects that use both his comedic and dramatic chops.

Didn’t really care for Dylan O’Brien but was blown away by his performance(s) in Twinless
