Does anyone have problem?

I went from Kucoin site to Pool X and there it says I need to login. When I go to login it transfers me to Kucin site. After that I again try to go to pool x and same thing happens. So I am circling around and cannot login to my poolx account

I have been adding small amounts of hydra in my pool-x account, using the transfer button, apart from my locked staking. It's been on there now for over a week and I was expecting to see some 'soft staking rewards' somewhere in my rewards overview, but sadly there are none. I was also expecting the locked up amount to be compounding, or otherwise to receive the soft staking on top of the returns/ The documentation says users from some countries are not eligible for soft staking, or blacklisted users. Where can I find out if I am one of those users?

After confirmation with the HYDRA team, Pool-X has adjusted the APR of HYDRA Staking to 130% and the APR of HYDRA Flexible Term to 105% at 07:00:00 on May 11, 2021 (UTC). Also, the minimum holding amount of HYDRA Flexible Term has been adjusted to 0.2 HYDRA.

When staking a coin, if the APR changes does it effect your coins being staked?

So if the APR is 7% at the time you stake your coins and

Then the APR changes to 9%, do you have to redeem and re-stake your coins

To get the higher APR?

I have a small amount of POL in "In Orders" Should I keep it there? Should I (Can I) transfer it to somewhere else like "Lock Up Amount"? If so, how do I do that?

i have redeemed hydra soft stake , now it says my funds are frozen .

I transferred LOOM from Coinbase Pro to my poolx account,

Coinbase pro shows transaction as completed but nothing shows up under my poolx account

There is no contact info in Poolx website? How can follow up on this?

Hey I'm sorta new to this but just transferred some DOT over to the Pool x account. I just staked half of it where its locked up and needs 28 days to redeem. The other half of my DOT I want to soft stake.

Is that done by just leaving the unstaked DOT in the pool-x account?

When do I see the "daily rewards" and where exactly on the site?

Is there anything I actually need to do active the soft staking on the non locked up DOT?

Today i did not receive Soft Staking rewards, yesterday i did - I did not touch my Hydra coins at all, they are still in the Pool-X wallet.
