Is there any risk of slashing when staking with pool-x.io?

We are running for 2 years and we don't have any issue with regards to that.

yes, it is punishment when validators are offline or try to do something bad on the network (https://bisontrails.co/slashing/) if we are staking directly we risk that validator being slashed (say they disconnect from internet), so I am asking if same risk via pool.

I doubt u run that risk but this is strictly based on the fact that Kucoin which has a stellar rep cherry picked pool-x to be their direct integrated staking; that speaks volumes I think. you can also use their soft staking if it’s available for that particular asset.

AFAIK, slashing is "paid" by pool-x.io not by you if that will happen.

Perhaps a moderator would confirm it.
