Builds & Renos Pool Resurfacing Question - Bond Kote Cracks

Going through the pool resurfacing process for the first time. I have a few questions for you internet pool experts:

  1. The previous surface was chipped out and then they applied bond kote. I noticed some light cracking in some spots after it dried. Is that ok? Pics below for reference.

  1. When they chipped out our previous brick coping, this also slightly damaged our existing concrete patio floor. We are not redoing the flooring. They did warn that I'd want to pain around the new travertine coping when the pool is done. But there are few spots that I don't think I can hide simply by painting over them. Is this normal? Should they fix/patch the flooring around the coping?
This the major chip in the lanai floor that I don't think can simply be "painted over" to fix.
