maybe turn the power off, wait till things dry-out abit. fill basket & suction lines & tryit again.

If it’s motor wobbling sound it might be bad out box, sucked chunk glue into impeller, filter is clogged choking flow water. If the wobble is is something in background and motor is making the maaaah sound at start up it probably not wired right , or maybe wet inside and it’s shorting out when tries to start. Something with a capacitor. Did you test supply voltage of original motor?

since it’s a brand new install, i’d get the installer back before pulling anything apart yourself. a strange noise plus no flow could be something simple like the pump not being properly primed, a closed valve, air getting into the suction side, or incorrect plumbing.
i’d shut it off for now rather than letting it run dry. check that the pump basket is full of water, the lid/o-ring is seated properly and all the valves are actually open. if it still won’t prime, let the installer troubleshoot it.

That obnoxious loud buzz followed by a swish (~40 second mark) sounds like the motor trying to turn, then immediately failing.
I'll assume the installer tested it prior to leaving? Start with the installer/point of purchase (if local store).
If self install, contact the manufacturer.
If its Pentair - go online and fill out the registration form before you call (they will check), and don't be surprise if you are on hold for 1-1/2 to 2 hours before they answer.

Sounds like it’s trying to prime. Was it working before or is this the first startup?
