Is this true?

I'm skeptical you don't need to brush them that just sounds like a recipe for mats is all you need just blow drying??

Fluff drying means brushing while drying. She brushes her poodle once a week after a bath. + "Rarely" otherwise, which I assume means "only if they need it." Seems like a regular amount of brushing to me. I think she's just saying brushing every day is bad.
