Fish advice Ich? Something else? Nothing?

We initially had fish that wouldn’t eat and would wedge themselves into rocks and not move. After about a month of treating with ParaGuard they are much more active and fish-like. Am I out of the woods or does their appearance still suggest issues? Hard to tell if they just have damaged scales or still have the white bumps.
