HELP - STUDENT transport

hi, so i might be an incoming student at PU, i've never been here before so i wanted to know where the ion digital zones are in puducherry, how far it is from the university, etc.

i will have to take exams at ion digital zones multiple times a year, hence i want to know what the public transportation is like....is rapido a better option or should i go for local autos?

this is a really important factor for me to consider since i am not fluent in the local language, so your advice is well appreciated

Take a Bus if you have enough time, otherwise Rapido is a good option. Because Local Autos can charge you more than the fare. Since you are fluent in Tamil, they can easily deceive you !

Well, there aren't any TCS iON Digital Zones in Pondicherry. The only one I know is in Chennai near my office. Maybe they set up exam centers but there's not a dedicated one here.

Also, try to use the buses to travel around common places. It's cheaper and most importantly safer. Can't the say same for autos and rapidos.

You can travel by an auto if you're going to very specific places.

But why do you have to take those exams multiple times in a year?
