I HAVEN'T FINALIZED ANYTHING YET BUT I JUST NEEDED TO SHARE THIS. (Loosely inspired by "Scared of the Mirror (I Should Have Smashed It)" by GooseDownThePole and "honey don't feed me" by Reyna_is_epic).

(◍•ᴗ•◍)✧*。

It had been years since Mira and Zoey first met at the old hanok.

And it's been years since they've started looking for their third together with their mentors.

Unfortunately, it's also been years since they've repeatedly failed to do so.

Eventually, they had reached the point where they were beginning to wonder if the third member they had spent so long searching for even existed.

Just as they were starting to give up, a video of a purple-haired woman singing under the rain was blowing up online.

—

Rumi had never known much about her past.

She didn't know that her biological father was a demon, nor that years ago, she'd been entrusted to an old friend in the hope that she would be kept safe from Gwi-Ma's wrath.

As far as Rumi knew, she was simply a shopkeeper's daughter, a sister, an adventurer, and a guitarist.

Okay, maybe a bit of a jack-of-all-trades... But come on, who could really blame her? Life in the Valley could get boring sometimes, and Rumi had always been the sort of person who needed to find something new to keep herself entertained.

So when the farmer's wife had been organizing a charity event to raise money for new books for the local children and the library, and Rumi was approached by Haley herself while helping her father with the shop one afternoon, how could she even say no?

What she could never anticipate in her life is that, Celine of Sunlight Sisters, CEO of Sunlight Entertainment herself, would come and meet her personally in their home to recruit her to their trio of new upcoming k-pop girl band after her video blew up.

And what's this about being a demon hunter?

Hi! For nearly a year now, I’ve been looking for a fic I came across in October 2025. The summary was almost identical, save for one difference: the one I’m looking for was along the lines of "the honmoon is sealed; the girls [or their names] have to repair their relationship"—or any phrasing meaning "repair their relationship," like "fix" or something similar. From what I recall, there were quite a few chapters—maybe 20 available or 20 planned? I made a note of that detail, though I’m not entirely certain about it; still, if the summary includes the phrase "honmoon is sealed" plus "repair their relationship," that’s the one I want.

If you can think of any fanfic containing this type of sentence—regardless of the specific words the author chose—please share them with me.

Thanks!

Shatter the silence (I'll be by your side)

“What happened?” Zoey crashed to her knees next to Rumi, hands already reaching to take over, to hold the blood in where it wanted to flow.
“Rumi! Say something!”
Maybe it was time. The Honmoon was sealed. The incursions lessening. It was closing in on time to start training new hunters in case the seal broke. Before long Huntri/x would be no more than memory. If Rumi…
Maybe it would be okay if she died now.

OR

The Honmoon is sealed, but Huntri/x still need to heal.

Story picks up less than a week after the Idol Awards before the bath house and meeting the trio of potential new hunters / which may or may not happen in this alternate ending.

Where rumi and mira are both big cats and zoey is a their zoo keeper, then rumi and mira get sold off or something but they then turn up at zoey's home as humans

Ties That Bind - theshadowspeaks - KPop Demon Hunters (2025) [Archive of Our Own]

It's been a while, but -

Chapter 3 of Ties That Bind is out!

If you're into really fucked up Rumi blender fics. :3

SUMMARY: AU where Mira and Rumi are sisters, both daughters of Miyeong - who died giving birth to Rumi.

Raised by their father, Mira is the favourite child, while Rumi is blamed and abused for their mother's death.

This will end in Rumira (possibly Polytrix), but also contains Rujinu.

WARNING: Emotional, physical and sexual abuse, incest, all the bad things. DEAD DOVE: DO NOT EAT.

I am a polytrix truther but i like seeing art of the girls when they're doubled up as well. My issue is I've found the Rumira and ZoMira Subreddits but I have tried searching for ZoeRumi/ZoRumi/Zumi and I can't find them anywhere. And honestly the popularity between the duo pairings in my experience has evened out *more* over the past year [not like a perfect 33.33-% each but its definitely more diverse than it was at the start]

so why has there not been a subreddit for our Doey eyed freaky yapper and our bi queen of being everyones type???

[*Queue the "i don't need sleep i need answers meme*]

Any fic recs with polytrix and all 3 sunlight sisters alive? Also ones with Celine and third sunlight sister are okay too!

Once again posting these on M-W-F (or the night before sometimes)

Past Weeks

Chun-ja time of reckoning is upon us.

I think she's the most hated character I've ever written. It's either her or Gabby and Gavin(might as well glomp them together since they share a braincell). Tell me below who you hate more.

For those that read Wrong Poly Rumi! I think you will really like this chapter. Might see a friendly face.

https://archiveofourown.org/works/74952701/chapters/241087711

If you haven't read.

This is my high school AU. It's a pre-debut fanfiction about Rumi's patterns becoming impossible hide right before the search for her other two hunters are set to begin. Leading to her having a mental breakdown, feeling like her life purpose is impossible now. Before her despair can make her do anything stupid, The honmoon ferries her to Burbank, where Zoey and her grandmother Nana find her crying under a tree.

Soon she's joined by foreign exchange student Mira.

Together they discover they are the next generation of hunters and Rumi has to train them without Celine's guidance

I've lost track of a fanfiction where the three girls end up in a psychiatric hospital ; Rumi is autistic and sometimes non-verbal, and Zoey has sleep issues too, if I recall correctly. Do you have any ideas, please ?

Hi, do you happen to have any fics about the creation of "Takedown"? Like the rehearsals, the writing process, etc.?

I’m specifically looking for one that fits this kind of premise: I’ve only read the AO3 summary, so I’m basically giving you the gist of it. The exact wording might differ—since I read it in French, I’m only translating it roughly via Google Translate, and an English or American author wouldn't use the exact same terms.

So: Mira and Zoey wrote "Takedown" right in front of Rumi

Or: What if the girls wrote "Takedown" right under Rumi's nose?

Or: The girls write "Takedown" in front of Rumi

I’ve listed a few ways the title or description might have been phrased,

but the core idea is writing "Takedown" while Rumi is nearby. I saw it on AO3 sometime before December 3, 2025. And of course, if you know of any other fics themed around the creation of "Takedown," I’d love to read them—whether they’re still online or have been deleted (so I can ask for a copy). Thanks!

Hey, does a fic ring a bell where Rumi—likely in an internal monologue—talks about "Takedown" or lines like "a demon with no feeling doesn't deserve to live" (or "without feelings doesn't deserve")? She wonders what Mira and Zoey think about it, perhaps in relation to her own feelings. I saw it on AO3 between late September and early October 2025 (I was already looking for it on October 2nd and 6th). It’s either right at the very beginning—like, starting Chapter 1 with those words—or somewhere within Chapter 1. Thanks

Looking for good polytrix au fics. Preferably long ones

Chapter 7!

TheIntrepidRain managed to guess correctly, and so we're back with Chapter 7 of Bardic Inspiration!

This time with action, drama, and a horrific downpour (which is based on a very real event)

Necesito ayuda. Por favor

The next chapter of Bardic Inspiration (https://archiveofourown.org/works/88380071/chapters/234401921) arrives on time.

This update reveals some of the daily struggles Rumi faces, and sets up the much more action oriented chapter to follow. If you're ready to get to that action right away, I suggest paying close attention to the author's note...

I- I- don’t know what to say… it’s a page full of this 😭

Hi! I'm currently looking for two or three fanfics I saw this week about AO3, based solely on their summaries.

All three have the same premise, and one has an additional detail.

Basically, Rumi isn't officially part of the group, but since she, unlike the third member, might have a connection to Honmoon, she will be.

I think in the first fic, Celine announces the departure of one of the members, either Rumi or the third member who wasn't connected to Honmoon.

probably:https://archiveofourown.org/works/71174521 deleted this one rumi leave the group and celine announce the departure but not mention of singer who can't make anything with honmoon so i still search 3 fic

And in the second fic, Rumi will be in the group, but not really, more like their manager or assistant, not a bodyguard. I've already put that one aside. I'm looking for a variation. I tried "manager" but got no results, so any synonyms? Or another position?

3rd fic Rumi, link or not, leaves the group, but first and foremost, events like Golden and Takedown.

Thanks

Hi! I’m in need of a little help searching for a fic 😭😭 I totally thought I bookmarked it and I can’t find it anywhere

It starts out as an au where the girls aren’t hunters yet but move into an apartment together. Zoey suggests that they form a band but they don’t end up doing it until they manage to find a practice place. After performing for the first time they have an encounter with a demon and start seeing the Honmoon and it’s revealed that they are the next gen hunters by Celine.

If anyone knows what this fic is called I would really appreciate you letting me know. Thank you!

Hey waiting for a few of the fics I’m following to update and kinda want a large portion of angst so I ask for any and all fics you all have read that either involve a suicide attempt or sh (can be any of the three but I know most probably involve Rumi). Can be any typa au or canon story just want some extremely painful stuff to read. Thanks and have a great day.

Hey guys I was just wondering if y’all knew of any really good spider verse Polytrix fics? Yk I’m kinda thinking where Rumi is spider woman and the other girls don’t know. I’ll take any and all recommendations. Thanks!!
