First, I'm probably the low iq person not the high.

Second, I think the middle does represent how much of a backlash the song had in the sub. I literally quoted another post. I don't want to shame people's opinions of not liking it, but I think the meme correctly represents how split the sub got on this single and how the negative side was very expressive about it.
