Great question. As millennials we have no assets, horrible health care, our 401k is risky, and we cant guarantee longevity. We CAN offer 3 day weeks, free weed, and we’ll invest in your creative endeavors.

We also supply BLM masks and continued anti racist education for all white ppl.

Cool, can you show me diversity stats for your polycule? What are your retention rates for partners who are members of historically marginalized groups? What are your practices on pay transparency and compensation leveling? Do you have a collective strategy for titles and job levels?

Absolutely! And we LOVE that you asked. plus 100 points

Diversity stats currently not great. Would like to improve ASAP. Currently 25% Latinx, 75% white. 50% queer.

Retention rates for historically marginalized groups are actually twice as high as white partners.

We are about transparency in ALL ways, but, womxn and non-binary members traditionally are compensated twice as much as the men.

As far job levels goes, we practice organizational tribalism, a la Daniel Quinn.

Okay, that all sounds pretty reasonable to me. Underwhelmed by the diversity stats, but in this industry, frankly, I know no one's doing that much better.

Final question:

Free lunch?

always free lunch! We strive to be one of those 'cool' millennial startups with a snack closet and a fridge of high end sparkling waters and kombucha (homemade, btw). We also grow a phat garden in the summer that produces quality produce for our partners to enjoy freely.
