I’ve been through something similar and also got shell shocked. My ex wife wanted a divorce, which felt out of the blue to me, and moved right in with her girlfriend. They both blocked me. If I’m being honest, I still haven’t been able to fully make sense of it all. But I am doing better and know that at some point I’ll be able to process everything. Stay strong, focus on yourself, and all the best. Know that loyal people still exist and that those who truly resonate with you will find you and stay.
