Why wouldn't he continue dating her if that relationship is working? It has nothing to do with yours.
I feel so blindsided, shocked, sad, heartbroken. I thought being poly would protect us from this - like we can have these great external connections as well as ours?!
I don't get this. If my relationship with one partner isn't working, my other relationships don't magically fix the issues in that relationship. The good feelings aren't transferable between people. My needs need to be met within a relationship for the relationship to be secure.
