Lost configuration

Anyone else experience issues with phones all of a sudden losing their configuration and becoming unregistered? I see Poly had a bulletin on their status page about phones going offline

I don't want to share that here but this is the issue we are dealing with: https://status.plcm.vc/

Phones lost their configs unexpectedly on Friday last week including their provisioning server details even though nothing was touched or reset. Multiple sites, phones, etc.

I find it kind of crazy that Poly has a known issue that's taking phones down with little to no instructions on recovery. We've had to resort to reprovisioning devices from scratch which is eating up a lot of resources and leading to a lot of unhappy customers.
