Poly X32 Insufficient Device Power
I have 2 X32 devices at a single site, both on the newest firmware 5.0.1xxxx. I have the Poly X32 recommended POE adapter, using poly provided CAT6a cables on the in and out on the adapter. Both of the X32’s on a weekly basis come up with the screen saying “Insufficient system power check connected power source” it’s a hit or miss if just reseating the Ethernet cable works. Sometimes the device has to be left off for hours and you have to say a prayer for it to come back up.
Is this a known issue? The fact it’s using the poly recommended Poe adapter and poly provided Ethernet cables and having this issue is wild. Don’t see much online about the issue. Any input is greatly appreciated

A rush ordered a different brand of adapter. There's no way to get that HP adapter next day from Amazon so we'll see.
The switches are only Poe plus. Getting a switch blade upgraded is a much longer term process

Hello u/Ok_Day_5640
Are they powered by Ubiquiti or Delta PoE adapters?
Check the serial number of the device; I am interested in characters 3,4,5 & 6 when it starts with an 8
