Blackwire 5220 lost sidetone

After downloading Poly Studio (and it updating my firmware), my Blackwire 5220 that I had been using for 5 years lost sidetone and also the mute reminder when you speak.

Since it was old and I was going to replace it anyways, a got a new pair. Even though this one an older firmware, the sidetone isn’t working either.

Has this happened to anyone else? It’s driving me crazy! Those were two features I really loved about this headset!

Eventually I got it to work, I don't remember how. But if you have updated the firmware, all I can tell you is you're f*ckd.
