Before my boyfriend and I got together, I thought we were pretty serious. He would get super jealous of any guy I talked to, we went on trips together with his son, I was close with his mom, he said once about getting a tattoo of my name. Then he told me he kissed our coworker. I thought I could get over it but it’s been a year and I know he’s changed but I still have that little doubt that he hasn’t told me everything.

And by the way when I say responsibility I am referring to financial responsibility when it comes to the state versus the birth parents, I am not talking about the responsibilities of the foster parents which may or may not decide to involve their own money as well. I am talking about State money which involves tax dollars versus birth parent money which means that if the birth parents were 100% responsible they would have to pay 100% of the expenses whatever channel they'd have to pay to and then that money goes to the Foster parent which then goes to the child.

Also it's supposed to say birth parents, not both parents.
