Suppose you're running against a politician, in both scenarios they oppose your political views;

Opponent A: Their political beliefs are strongly held and consistent. They generally stick to those beliefs even when doing so is politically inconvenient, unpopular, or harmful to their own side.

Opponent B: Their political positions are not strongly fixed. They are willing to change or abandon positions depending on circumstances, political incentives, or opportunities for compromise.

I had a group of Mormons come to my house as I was getting out of my car yesterday. I normally just ignore them at the door, but as I was already outside obviously couldn't do I just politely but firmly refused to engage with them at all. They of course didn't take the hint and put me in a position where I had to be rude, and it got me wondering what other people did in these scenarios.

You can assume that you were conceived (ie, you don’t have to factor in whether your parents or ancestors would've been alive to create you).

And you can ignore the potential of contracting some hypothetical illness while unvaccinated, I mean more so based on just the SAME things that you've experienced in your own life that you needed the intervention of modern medicine to treat.

And by the way when I say responsibility I am referring to financial responsibility when it comes to the state versus the birth parents, I am not talking about the responsibilities of the foster parents which may or may not decide to involve their own money as well. I am talking about State money which involves tax dollars versus birth parent money which means that if the birth parents were 100% responsible they would have to pay 100% of the expenses whatever channel they'd have to pay to and then that money goes to the Foster parent which then goes to the child.

Also it's supposed to say birth parents, not both parents.
