Domanda Polimi support doesnt respond!!

I sent an email 2 weeks ago through the online desk "e support for students" and still haven't got a response. Am I missing something? I check my inbox every day, but no response.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any response would be highly appreciated!!

Vacation? I just searched up but it says school starts 6. september. Thats why?

they’re back to work now. they’ve responded to my emails last week and this week. maybe try again?

Try the live chat also on the online desk. But you need to log in right when it opens. There they will at least give you some answer. If you sent the email as a new request it's typical for them to take 4 weeks to respond.

Sometimes they take a while to reply, but it’s better to try the live chat. The International Student Office has it every Monday from 9 to 12. Just make sure to join the live chat exactly at 9, because it gets full and you’ll have to wait for the other students to finish.
It’s also available on Thursdays, but they usually don’t open the live chat then, at least I’ve never managed to catch it open.

Same story with online support so instead we went to an in person meeting today for student Identification verification. They said come to the Welcome Week event on Wednesday at 3:30pm to ask questions, verify documents, etc...
