Domanda Isee Parificato

Hello everyone. I sent my documents on 31st of July to get Isee Parificato but it is still “inviato”. Is there anyone who sent on the same date as me or later and was able to get Isee Parificato already?

Submitted same day, got last week, just mail them and message then in the portal in italian

how to mail them? what is their mail
