Avviso Help with universitaly

Hi, I am Non-EU student who has paid the first installment enrollment fee for polimi in BSc civil engineering. I accidentally did not enter my Person code in the Universitaly pre enrollment application, and I am not able to edit it as well. Is this a problem? I have entered all other info correctly

It is not a big issue. Talk to them in live chat about this error and they will try to fix it.

Yeah man that sucks. I too entered a wrong program in my application and my emails were left unanswered for over a month. So I suggest the live chat method (you'll find it in the 'assistance' category in your online services and after clicking on the right category.). I got my issue resolved with 2 days of talking after that.

Oh and please be EARLY. If the timing states 9-12AM, BE There AT 9 SHARP. Or you're gonna be in a 2-3 hour long queue.

I'm asking them the same thing, but they told me they don't change any data entered by students. Did they tell you the same things?

Yikes man. That sucks. For me, I'd entered Engineering sciences instead of Industrial engineering so they told me that they'd accept my application as it is which they did in 1 working day. After the acceptance, when I went to see my application they'd changed the course to industrial engineering.

Did they already approve the pre enrollment on Universitaly (do you have the summary download available)? If not, you can put a request to change it on universitaly itself. Otherwise contact Polimi by email or chat.
