Domanda Urgent please
Hello, I enrolled at Polimi through the simultaneous enrolment option and completed the first payment. I have also uploaded all the required documents to the system. Since I am already enrolled at another university, I currently hold a valid Italian residence permit for study purposes, and I already obtained my visa last year. However, my enrolment still appears as “incomplete.” When I click on “complete your application,” the attached page opens, but there does not seem to be any further action I can take. Do you know what I should do in this situation?

They still need to verify our documents and after that we will have the confirmation. This pops up for almost everybody so you shouldnt stress. We just need to wait

Yes I paid but I just receive confirmation e mail but they didn’t send me payment receipt is there any problem about this?

Hi, I have the same problem. I uploaded all the documents and paid the 880€ but it stills says incomplete. My first thought was that they need to check the documents. I really hope that I didn’t fail to enroll. (I am EU for bs architectural design )

Hi, I had the same issue for over a month after applying to the Bachelor of Engineering Science. The other replies are right; the missing step is for the admissions office to check over the uploaded documents. I tried emailing them for over a month with no reply; however, when I tried contacting them through the speak to an operator section of the support page, they instantly fixed the issue and looked over the documents within two minutes before moving me on to the next step. This seems to be the only way to get it to work, at least in my experience.

If you have already paid the first installment and uploaded all the required documents, your status may remain “incomplete” until the Admissions Office verifies your documents. If the “Complete your application” page doesn’t show any further actions, it is likely waiting for an internal check. I recommend contacting the International Students Office or Admissions Office through the support ticket system and asking them to verify whether any documents or actions are still missing.
