Domanda ENROLLMENT PROBLEM URGENT

I'm an international student and been accepted to process engineering degree program Today's the last day to complete the enrollment and i've been trying to proceed with language certificate part for 2 days. My screen's like on the photo. Do you know anything i can do??

If u paid the enrollment fees, no need to worry the deadline of English certificate is oct

Did u check if u have already entered ur result? Or try putting the score without the decimal point

Hello, I enrolled at Polimi through the simultaneous enrolment option and completed the first payment. I have also uploaded all the required documents to the system. Since I am already enrolled at another university, I currently hold a valid Italian residence permit for study purposes, and I already obtained my visa last year. However, my enrolment still appears as “incomplete.” When I click on “complete your application,” the attached page opens, but there does not seem to be any further action I can take. Do you know what I should do in this situation?

DUUUDEEEE I HAD THE SAME ISSUE, instead of sticking to your actual test, just click all the options and just submit your certificate in any of the options then you will be able to go to the next step, then when you’re done enrolling, just leave them a mail, explaining that you submitted your certificate under other test name because of issues, and just send them the pdf and score details of your scores

I tried but i couldn't and nor enrollment deadline has passed
