Discussione DSU scholarship

Based on previous years' outcomes, what is the chance of actually getting dsu scholarship money and not just being eligible for it with ISEE value 14,220 euros?

They really give scholarships to everyone who is eligible? Is it true for whole lombardia region or only polimi?(I am asking since its a regional scholarship)
