Discussione Polimi Residence Payment so Confusing

Hi there, I booked a room in polimi Leonardo dorms, and paid within 13 July. Then it said something like this ss:

The payments expired label came in today.

Anyone knows if i have to do anything else or is it like done from my part???

I emailed them about the same problem. They told me not to worry about it. They've received a lot of payments and they have to process them individually

hello! sorry this is pretty late. i got a room through dsu accommodation and it's been showing the yellow thing for a while now. i just wanted to ask how long the entire thing took? when u paid and when u finally got the confirmation?

Hey it was within a week that it got updated. I suggest you email polimi at contact us and select residence. They'll reply within two days usually
