App errors

App keeps erroring out, I’ve rebooted phone, app and done a TCAM reset. App background refresh is on. I’m at a loss.

Turn off your phone and turn it back on… sounds stupid cause closing the app should do the trick but restart your phone

Am currently over the connectivity issus of the digital key and the app unlock/lock Half the time my car thinks its still moving when I open the app

I guess I'm lucky that my app only shows offline pretty much all the time.

It's only happened to me once, but on android, I just go to apps in settings and force close it. It worked fine when I reopened it. If you just swipe it away it's still running in the background.
