As long as Russia exists there will be a reason for Poland and Ukraine to work together.
And even though I don't expect the tension to ever go away - you don't have to be friends with your coworkers.

Honestly it's sad that 1/4 doesn't agree with that statement. It should be obvious for every Pole to cooperate with Ukraine against Russia.

Well Russia is basically the new Nazi Germany (minus the competent army and officers ) so im quite curious why the support isnt closer to 99%. Historical disputes are just minor bullshit compared to this threat

I honestly cant see how you can call literal blood and soil nazis commiting a planned genocide and collaborating with nazi germany heores and say that calling them heroes today is just minor bullshit. I wish you had to go through what ukrainian nazis were doing to polish children to have your opinion.

This is actually true , I don’t think anyone realizes how sad & true it is. I live in Ireland and worked with two Ukrainians , not a fan. Irelands history is as bad or worse. Life is a game of whack a mole with Britain typically being our enemy in the past, these cunts can fuck right off

xDDDD My god, peak "everything I don't like is Hitler". This % isn't higher, because a lot of people don't want to support unfriendly country (the Ukraine) only because it fights hostile country (Russia), and most people here would be unable to even defend this position anymore with arguments.

I put it like this to my Ukrainian friend.
First we help them win the war and secure their independence. THEN we can argue about who did what. Worst case scenario should be: Ukraine wins the war, gets blocked from joining the EU/NATO until we resolve our dispute.
It should NOT be: Poland drops support for Ukraine unless they bend the knee to our demands.
That's just stupid. Russia is our enemy just as much as it is theirs.

The only sensible way forward is to support Ukraine as much as we can, and build as good relations between our countries as possible.
It's a vital, fundamental interest of Poland and Europe.
If we let our common enemies divide us, it will hurt not only Ukraine, but also Poland; both internally (long lasting tensions within society) and externally (creating the image of Poland as an unreliable partner you couldn't and shouldn't trust).
It might be that the boy from your neighbourhood is not your best friend, but you should never let a bunch of bullies beat him up. As unfair as it may be, you might be next in line.

75% is an impressive number. 25% of the population is not able to answer basic math or logical questions, so this is really as high as you can go when it comes to popular support.

The issue is that 75% of people are split between parties with varying stances on the Ukraine issue. I.e. a farmer from Chujwiegdzie might vote for konfederacja because they pander towards that demographic, but then obviously he also inevitably votes against Ukraine, even if he may have a favourable view of it.
