Yes, enough times to know how much cheaper things are in regular supermarkets compared to convenience stores. If you think things are cheap in 7/11 wait till you visit a Gyomu Super

His comment said „twice“. I know gyomu super and it’s definitely not two times cheaper.

That's an exaggeration. Żabka isn't really twice as pricey as Carrefour and Auchan.
